The cake was fantastic. Beautifully presented. A light cream dome and inside it a layer of raspberry jelly, biscuit and a crunchy base where the coconut flavour comes from. A hint of lemon or lime to it as well. I can't tell which as I'm no expert 😅... I've got it for my wife's birthday and everyone loved it. We had 2 leftover pieces and an upcoming flight, so we had to think. It would have been a sin to wast such cake so we put the leftovers in a container and enjoyed them on a beach in Portugal 😆 it wasn't my first cake form Caketopia and it won't be the last 5/5. Thank you, Cris for your brilliant creations.
