1. Perishable Products
Due to the nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns on perishable items such as cakes and pastries. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at caketopiadublin@gmail.com within 24 hours, including a photo and details of the issue. We will do our best to rectify the situation, either by offering a replacement or a partial refund, or full refund.
3. Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items (e.g., accessories, merchandise) may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
4. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
