How to Send Your Photo
Once you place your order, please send your image along with your order number via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible to avoid delays. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Photo Requirements
For the best print quality, please ensure your image meets the following guidelines:
High-resolution image preferred (clear, sharp, and not blurry)
Original photo whenever possible
Good lighting and clear faces/details
Screenshot images may reduce print quality
Avoid cropped or heavily filtered images
JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats accepted
Minimum recommended size: 1000 x 1000 pixels, a square would be ideal because of the round shape of the final cut-out
Please note that low-quality images may affect the final printed result. We will always do our best to achieve the best possible finish.
